2009 Oregon Legislature Increases Corporate Filing FeesBy Jill D. Laney
Effective September 28, 2009, the Secretary of State filing fees increase for corporations. The increases apply to both new filings and annual report filings. Domestic corporation filing fees will increase from $50 to $100, and foreign corporations will now pay $275. The fee for filing a 5-year uniform commercial code financing statement will increase from $10 to $15. |
