Law Practice

Sean is a paralegal in our railroad and civil litigation practice groups, primarily focusing on the defense of railroads, including litigation involving the Federal Employers' Liability Act, Railroad Labor Act, crossing accidents, and employment and labor issues.  His expertise includes legal research and writing, discovery document analysis and complex trial activities.

Prior to joining CVK, Sean worked as an associate attorney with a small law firm specializing in personal injury litigation.

Sean is a member of the Oregon State Bar Association and the Multnomah Bar Association.

Community Activities and Interests

Outside of the office, Sean enjoys spending time with his wife and their dog.  His other interests include music, home renovation and distance running, including running on CVK's Hood-to-Coast team, "Swift Justice."
