Who's In The NewsThe Young Lawyer Section (YLS) of the Multnomah Bar Association (MBA) elected Kimberly R. Griffith as its new President for the 2010-2011 year. In her new role, Kimberly will also serve on the MBA Board of Directors. Piplovick, was elected President of NALS of Portland, which is the local chapter of the tri-level organization for the enhancement and education of legal support staff. The local chapter, with 90 members, was established in 1955. The Regional Management Council of the Association of Legal Administrators elected Denise Doherty, CVK's Executive Director, as one of four officers for Region 5, which encompasses Alaska, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Washington, Wyoming and the Canadian provinces of Alberta, British Columbia, and Manitoba.
